The 5 days money back period refers to Comodo, RapidSSL and GeoTrust Certificates.
SSL Certificates issued by VeriSign Certificate Authority can be revoked and refunded within 15 days after the issuance.
In order to obtain a refund for your SSL certificate please submit a Ticket with us. In the request please provide a Order ID and Certificate ID for the product which needs to be cancelled and refunded for.
